Adult Learner Scholarships

In 2021 the Middletown Community Foundation began offering assistance to adult learners living in Franklin, Madison, Middletown, Monroe and Trenton who are looking to improve their employment opportunities by taking courses and/or training to improve their skills and marketability in the workplace. 


Adults wishing to apply for financial assistance for these courses and/or trainings can complete theAdult Learner Financial Assistance application and submit it to the Middletown Community Foundation at any time throughout the year.


The Alison Shuemake Scholarship is for recent graduates of Marshall High School to attend college, technical school, or earn an advanced career certification. Complete the Alison Shuemake Scholarship application  and return to the Middletown Community Foundation. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
